Client Relationship Partner
River Wealth Advisors is looking to hire an individual who can help the team deliver an exceptional client experience through a sharp attention to detail, fastidious support for the firm’s advisors, and managing day-to-day functions associated with serving our clients. The role is based in the River Wealth Advisors Allentown, PA office.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Advisor support
Provide exceptional service and support to assigned advisors
Prepare client data sheets and provide to advisors one week in advance of meetings
Ensure a positive relationship with the advisors and clients
Provide exceptional client service and maintain relationships with new and established clients
Onboarding/account opening process
TOAs/rollovers
Prepare/provide service forms for clients, e.g. beneficiary changes, address changes, banking changes
Ensure accuracy and maintain client information in Redtail
Deceased client processes
Exiting client processes
Initiate workflows for money requests
Set up recurring distributions
Review upcoming client meeting list with advisor before Executive Assistant begins scheduling
Maintain advisors' opportunities within the firm’s Redtail database to keep the business development pipeline current
Provide feedback on Redtail processes that are implemented
Assist with company projects
Education and licensing
Bachelor's degree
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Salary for this position is competitive and includes quarterly bonuses after one full quarter of employment.

Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The position is primarily in office with opportunity to work at home occasionally after the 90-day probationary period has been successfully completed.
