Meet Our Summer Interns ~ Franky Fix

Franky Fix is working in our Lehigh Valley office, located in Allentown, this summer. He is a rising junior at the University of Delaware, where he is pursuing a bachelor of science degree in Finance. He also is a lacrosse player on the University of Delaware’s Division 1 men’s lacrosse team.

We are pleased to have him on the team for the next couple of months!

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO WORK AT RIVER WEALTH ADVISORS THIS SUMMER?

I chose to work at River Wealth Advisors this summer because of the welcoming feeling from all the employees I had spoken with, and I believed it would be a great opportunity to learn and make connections in this business.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR CURRENT JOB?

I love being apart of River Wealth Advisors because I look forward to coming into work when I am in the office, and I feel that I am making a real contribution to the firm.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT BEING PART OF RIVER WEALTH ADVISORS?

At my current job, I enjoy interacting with everyone in the office and doing whatever I can to contribute to the firm and help anyone I can.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE HOBBIES?

My favorite hobbies are playing lacrosse and enjoying time with my friends and family.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE BOOK?

My favorite book is Mind Gym by Gary Mack.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST JOB?

My first job was being a caddy for Lookaway Golf Club in Buckingham, PA.

WHAT ARE YOUR BUCKET LIST VACATION SPOTS?

My bucket list vacation spots would be to go to many different countries and cities in Europe.

WHAT'S THE BEST ADVICE YOU'VE EVER RECEIVED?

The best advice I received came from my coach at the University of Delaware, where he told my team the quote, “If you do not sacrifice for what you want, what you want becomes a sacrifice.”
