Kaylah Dailey
Kaylah Dailey is a Client Services Associate, focused on delivering superior service to the firm’s clients and providing operational support to the team. Her first role with the firm was as a Client Experience Coordinator, which she fulfilled with excellence and subsequently was promoted to her current role.
Kaylah joined River Wealth Advisors shortly after graduating from Towson University with a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Planning. Her classwork in Financial Planning sparked a passion for her to pursue a career in the wealth management industry. She was particularly drawn to the relationship side of planning and helping individuals achieve their financial objectives.
In college, she worked as a Sport Clubs Supervisor and was President of Towson women’s ice hockey team.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?
I enjoy meeting the clients. I also like the exposure I am getting to all parts of the business, from financial planning to investment management. I am excited about the opportunity to grow my career at River Wealth Advisors.
What do you love most about being part of river wealth advisors?
The environment here is amazing. Everyone is super welcoming and willing to teach you.
What are your favorite hobbies?
I enjoy spending my free time with my family and our pets. Outside of that I enjoy playing ice hockey, fishing, camping, and spending time with friends.
what is your favorite book?
My guilty pleasure is to read romance novels, but I also really enjoyed “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen Covey.
what was your first job?
I started working in my father’s landscaping business in high school, mulching in the summer and shoveling snow in the winter.
what are your bucket list vacation spots?
I hope to go to Alaska, Hawaii, Panama and Italy.
What's the best advice you've ever received?
Do not be afraid to make mistakes. Nobody is perfect and it is easier to learn from the mistakes that we make in order to grow.
